Our forest reared rare breed ham joint is dry cured using a traditional method. Perfect for slow roasting or braising it has a rich deep flavour that reflects the diverse diet of our forest reared pigs which are free to roam throughout their woodland home and mature at their own pace for best results.

 

Our pork products are supplied frozen as this is the best way to guarantee freshness and is the most efficient way for us to provide you with our fantastic tasty produce. If you would prefer your order to be supplied chilled then please contact us as this can be arranged, although there may be a wait as we only have a small number of pigs and we like them to enjoy longer and happier lives in their woodland home.
